Carolina Asphalt was started in Charlotte, NC in 1982 by Pete Heynen and Rob Carr. Since then, the company has grown exponentially, increasing in size, sales, experience and even the addition of an additional shareholder, Amy Smallwood.

Our staff of experienced sales representatives are trained to consult with property managers/owners on the condition of their lots and to craft the best solution based on the client’s needs. We recognize that each manager/owner has different goals and budgets; that is why we feel it is best to always meet first and discuss the goals/objectives with the client before we conduct our site evaluation.
